Miikigai is currently shipping all over India. We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and on time. For this, we work hard to ensure your products get to you at the earliest.

Shipping Duration:

All products are shipped out within 3-5 working days. Orders within Mumbai will be delivered within 3-5 working days and all other orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days*

Please Note – All the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.

Return & Exchange:

Mi ikigai doesn’t offer any return or exchange policy as the product are made according to client specification. Once the payment is made, the products will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

Mi ikigai does not offer cancellation policy.

Cash On Delivery:

Mi ikigai does not offer Cash On Delivery.

Payment:

Payments can be made with credit/debit cards. We do not accept payments made via American Express Credit/Debit Cards.

*All our products are hand made and are created according to the specification of clients.

*Orders outside of metro cities or in remote areas could take upto 7-10 business days.
